Application Process

Step 1:

Review Requirements

Applicants should carefully review all eligibility requirements and prerequisites prior to applying. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with tribal law, submission of required documentation, and readiness to meet operational and facility standards.

Step 2:

Download the appropriate application form for your desired license type using the links provided below. All application forms are fillable PDFs and must be completed in full.

Step 3:

Complete & Submit

Complete the application form and gather all required supporting documents. Submit your full application packet via email to the Commission at: [crc@llojibwe.net] Incomplete applications may result in delays or formal notice of deficiencies.

Step 4:

Pay Fees

Applicants are required to submit all applicable fees at the time of application. Payment instructions, accepted methods, and deadlines will be outlined in the fee schedule and application materials.

Step 5:

Await Review

Once submitted, applications will undergo a formal review process, which may include completeness checks, background investigations, and facility inspections. Applicants will be notified of any deficiencies and provided an opportunity to correct them. Final approval is contingent upon full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
