The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe hereby provides notice of the adoption of the Personal Cannabis Use Act.
The Act establishes requirements governing the personal possession, use, and home cultivation of cannabis within the Band’s Tribally Regulated Land. It provides guidance regarding lawful personal cannabis activities, applicable limitations and prohibitions, home cultivation requirements, and enforcement provisions.
